Part-Time BookkeeperWe are seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support a private home office in Beverly Hills. The position involves managing day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration for commercial real estate holdings and restaurant businesses.The ideal candidate is reliable, discreet, and comfortable working independently in a private office environment. Must have strong bookkeeping experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and business entities.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records and general ledgers for multiple business entities.Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations.Process payroll and maintain payroll records.Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices, insurance premiums, property taxes, and other business expenses.Track income and expenses related to commercial real estate and restaurant operations.Organize and maintain financial documents, receipts, invoices, and records.Prepare financial documentation and reports for accountants and tax preparation.Monitor upcoming payment deadlines and recurring financial obligations.Assist with general administrative and bookkeeping tasks as needed.QualificationsPrevious bookkeeping experience required, preferably with commercial real estate restaurant operations, or multiple business entities.Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel preferred.Strong understanding of reconciliations, payroll, accounts payable, and general ledger management.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.Professional, trustworthy, and discreet when handling confidential financial information.Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Schedule & CompensationSchedule: 3 days per week, onsite in a private Beverly Hills home office.Compensation: $60–$80/hour, depending on experience.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper seeking a consistent part-time position in a professional, private office environment.
