Home Infusion Clinical Pharmacist - Pearland, TX

Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Pharmacy professional is needed for a 13-week contract position based in Pearland, TX, working Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. This role focuses on production pharmacy within a home infusion setting and requires expertise in clinical and compounded medications.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct order verification ensuring accuracy and compliance
Verify compounded sterile products prior to shipment
Maintain thorough documentation and adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications and Experience:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in Texas
Knowledge and experience with sterile compounding medications preferred
IV certification required
