JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Lead, Regional Sales is responsible for all aspects of leading the San Antonio/ Austin region, including direct responsibility for driving new business and leading a professional sales team that may include District Sales Managers and/or Sales Representatives. This individual will work with the Regional Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the regional sales plan. This role will involve the discovery and conversion of new business opportunities through the effective use of available resources to achieve growth targets while maintaining the top five accounts in the sub-region.JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS
* Discover and convert new business opportunities that align with the regional growth requirements. * Manage personal KPIs for assigned district in addition to leading assigned team.- Professionally develop direct reports by driving high performance.
- Ensure daily work aligns with an overall regional sales plan.
- Support pipeline management and increase demand for products in assigned
- Communication of sales results, programs & processes.
- Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.
- Will be required to travel up to 20% of the time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce
- Highly advanced selling skills
