Title : Senior Service Desk Duration : Contract to Hire Start Date : Immediate Requirements ProvidesExemplary Service : TheSenior Service Desk staff provides contact and problem resolution for allinternal users hardware, software, and telecommunications issues. ExpertResolution: SeniorService Desk staff resolves as many user-reported problems as expertise permitsusing all available tools and following procedures and policies for thehandling of support calls. Communicates/ Articulates: advanceddesktop software support integration / configuration issues with: Azure,Microsoft Entra ID Identity and Access Management, Microsoft Intune Suite,O365, SharePoint/OneDrive, JAMF and A/V Conference Room maintenance whileresolving resolving issues with North America and European user base. Provide advanced hardware support for desktop pc’s, laptops/docking stations, printers Expertlyfieldexchanges with customersvia ticketing system, a toll-free numbers et., and act as liaison toengineering and/or security teams. Keen abilityto obtain and convey concise informationand patiently resolve end-user issues. Position requires excellent customerservice,excellent communicationskills , and excellent ability tocommunicate inverbal and written form Minimum Qualifications Eight(8) or more years ofenterprise IT support experience, with advanced hands-on expertise in MicrosoftAzure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune Suite, O365 administration,SharePoint/OneDrive, JAMF, and mobile device management (MDM). Experience supporting laboratory, healthcare,biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environments desired, not required. Hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobiledevices, peripherals, and A/V conference room systems for North American andEuropean users. Proven ability to resolve complex enterprise softwareintegration, configuration, identity and access, endpoint management, andnetwork connectivity issues Strong ownership of support tickets through resolution,combining excellent customer service, clear communication, and effectivecollaboration with engineering and security teams. Relevant Microsoft certifications in identity and accessmanagement, endpoint administration, Windows Server hybrid administration, orcloud and AI security Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field,or an equivalent combination of related education and experience CERTIFICATIONS: Microsoft Certified: Identity andAccess Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint AdministratorAssociate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate,Microsoft Certified: Cloud and AI Security Engineer Associate EXPERIENCE &TRAINING : Bachelor’s orMaster's degree in computer science or related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr Culturetech Solutions
