This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys high-volume hiring, sourcing, candidate screening, and working across a variety of corporate and technical positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will join a busy Talent Acquisition team during a significant hiring surge. This role will support recruiting efforts across Chicago, New York, and San Francisco, with a particular focus on technical positions. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and experienced with reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screens.ResponsibilitiesSource qualified candidates using LinkedIn RecruiterReview and evaluate a high volume of applications and resumesConduct initial candidate screens using a standardized first-round screening processCoordinate and schedule interviews throughout the recruiting processManage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-upPartner with the Talent Acquisition team on open requisitions across multiple departmentsProvide light communication and coordination with hiring stakeholders during the early interview stagesSupport recruiting for both technical and non-technical positionsHelp manage a large applicant pipeline and prioritize candidates based on hiring needsQualifications1–3 years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experienceExperience reviewing resumes and conducting first-round candidate screensSourcing experience preferredStrong ability to manage a high volume of candidates and open positionsExcellent organization and attention to detailStrong communication and follow-through skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferredExperience recruiting for technical positions is a plusKey DetailsEmployment Type: Temporary Contract — minimum 3 months, with potential for longer-term extensionCompensation: $28-32/hr based on experienceLocation: Chicago, IL – HybridBenefits (Contract): LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
