Sales Professional North Country Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Jasper 4009 Highway 78 E, Jasper, AL 35501 North Country Ford of Jasper 4100 Highway 78 E, Jasper, AL 35501 Job Summary Grey Wolf Automotive Group is hiring Sales Consultants for North Country CJDR/FORD. This is a non-commission, salary-based position with performance bonuses tied to vehicle volume, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Designed for consistency, professionalism, and long-term success. Compensation & Bonus Opportunities $36,000 annual base salary (paid bi-weekly) Monthly performance bonuses based on vehicles sold 32+ unit accelerator bonus Salesperson of the Month awards ($1,500 / $1,000) Golden Eagle profit bonuses on high-profit deals Annual longevity bonus ($25 per vehicle sold) Responsibilities Sell and deliver FORD/CJDR vehicles while providing an excellent customer experience Complete all sales documentation accurately and timely Attend required sales meetings, training, and FORD/CJDR OEM product courses Maintain ethical conduct, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset Meet dealership and OEM CSI standards Performance Expectations Consistent vehicle sales production Maintain a rolling average of 10 vehicles per month Meet or exceed OEM CSI standards to qualify for bonuses Qualifications Strong communication and follow-up skills Professional appearance and demeanor Willingness to complete required FORD/CJDR OEM training Valid driver's license required
