We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Team. The Manager will play a critical role in the overall success of the restaurant and is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, including team leadership, guest experience, food quality, operational execution, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate is an energetic, hands-on leader who can take ownership, is passionate about hospitality, and understands the importance of delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining consistency of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, and dishwashers, to ensure high-quality food preparation and service.
• Supervise foh staff, including bussers & cashiers, to ensure all training guides are being followed, and service steps are properly executed
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage to minimize waste and control costs.
• Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor food safety and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on cooking techniques, service standards and other restaurant protocols.
• Manage restaurant budgets, including labor costs, food costs, and other expenses, to meet financial targets.
• Oversee cashier/guest interactions to enhance customer service and dining experiences.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality or service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain restaurant equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order, all staff is following daily/weekly operation and cleaning protocols, and report any maintenance needs.
• Ensure all tools, prep and equipment are ready for service every day. This includes checking the line to make sure it is properly stocked, checking all needed disposables are stocked for plating, and checking foh stations and equipment (i.e. soda machines, ice cream machine, milk shake stations, etc.) to make sure all items are prepped, in their proper places and ready for service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of management experience in a fast-casual, quick-service (QSR) required.
• Experience in hospitality-driven concepts is highly preferred, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) systems, scheduling software, and restaurant reporting tools.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business needs require.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) preferred.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food quality, speed of service, labor management, inventory control, and cost management.
