Manufacturing Engineer I

Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer I develops, reviews and evaluates manufacturing processes, working with the engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure that manufacturing goals are achieved safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and refine production/manufacturing engineering processes, partnering with engineering and production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes
• Assist in establishing manufacturing and assembly processes for new production programs
• Design new manufacturing fixtures for new and existing products
• Work with the engineering and the production teams on product design and tooling to ensure efficient production processes
• Integrate new products and product refinements into production
• Develop manufacturing processes related to assembly and automation
• Determine the manufacturing processes required to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification

Qualifications

• No experience is required. OR (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
• Engineering (Bachelor's degree) or Related Field of Study (Bachelor's degree)
