Strategy is comprised of talented individuals who work directly with members of the Operating Committee and CEOs of our businesses on a wide variety of initiatives.As a member of the Transformation team, you will partner on strategy and execution of technology programs that are of strategic priority to the Global Technology COO organization, and to JPMorgan Chase. Given the importance of these programs, as part of this role you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our most senior leaders across the firm.Job responsibilities: Design and drive solutions to accelerate decision making, scope complex problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunitiesSupport the execution and delivery of large-scale programs across the organization, including building frameworks, developing content, formulating hypotheses, conducting analyses, and creating solution roadmapsAssist the design and implementation of transformation frameworks (processes, roles, tools) to enable repeatable and predictable deliveryProactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to technology transformation initiativesDrive continuous process optimization and institutionalize lessons learned across transformation effortsAnalyze source-system data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and present actionable insights to stakeholdersDevelop deep, trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders across management, Global Technology and the Lines of Business (LoBs) to drive program delivery and achieve organizational alignment and buy-in Own development of concise communication materials for senior management, including exec level audiences Identify implications and “so-whats” of outputs, data and analysis and drive the narrative via charts and reports for executive consumption Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience in technology strategy consulting and/or leading delivery of large-scale strategic technology initiativesSignificant experience with PowerPoint for executive-level documents and Excel based models for analysis and planningExceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and tailor/articulate complex concepts and messaging for senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups. Knowledge and fluency in enterprise IT management and technology concepts including tech infrastructure, organization, product operating model, budgeting, talent, and risk managementProven entrepreneurial drive to identify opportunities for impact and influence others to take actionProven ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical and qualitative tools to develop solutionsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Advanced data analytics skills, including extracting and modeling data from source systems, as well interpret data for reporting purposes (Tableau or similar BI experience for analysis is preferred)Financial services background experience is preferred, but not mandatory JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
