In this role, you'll be the creative bridge between intricate software systems and user-friendly documentation, making cutting‑edge solutions accessible to everyone. What you will do As a Technical Writer with an acrice TS/SCI with Poly clearance, you'll Create & Maintain Documentation: Prepare and maintain operations documentation, user guides, manuals, and technical publications that bring clarity to complex systems. Gather & Transform Information: Collect technical information from subject matter experts and transform it into engaging, accessible written content. Manage Documentation Libraries: Maintain and organize the current internal documentation library to ensure information is current and easily accessible. Utilize Multiple Tools: Work with various word processing and presentation tools including MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and other industry‑standard software. Collaborate with Developers: Partner with development teams to produce high quality documentation and training materials that enhance user experience. Support All Documentation Phases: Work on every aspect of the documentation lifecycle, from initial planning through final publication and maintenance. What you need to have Clearance: TS with Full Scope Poly (required). Education: Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline. (In lieu of a bachelor's degree, four (4) years of additional Technical Writing experience may be substituted.) Experience: Eight (8) years of experience as a Technical Writer on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
