Feasibility Lead

ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a Feasibility Lead to develop country selection strategies, oversee feasibility assessments, and manage site identification for global clinical trials. The role combines data-driven analysis with cross-functional partnership to support sponsor-dedicated study programs across multiple therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop data-driven country selection strategies with recommendations on site allocation and enrollment distribution
- Oversee CRO feasibility assessments including protocol questionnaires, competitive analyses, and regulatory mapping
- Build and maintain indication-specific site and investigator databases across multiple global regions
- Serve as feasibility point of contact for assigned programs from concept through first patient in
- Manage feasibility vendors and CRO partners on scope, quality standards, and deliverable review
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, public health, or related field
- 5+ years clinical operations experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO with feasibility oversight
- Demonstrated ownership of country and site selection recommendations for global studies
- Strong quantitative skills with Excel, trial-landscape, and real-world data platforms
- Working knowledge of ICH GCP, global regulatory requirements, and approval timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences
- Immunology therapeutic experience highly preferred
