Full‐Charge Bookkeeper – Full Time

Management & Associates | Family‐Owned Community Management Company

Management & Associates, a respected family-owned Community Management Company with more than 30 years of industry experience, is seeking a dedicated and detail‐oriented Full‐Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.

About the Role

As a Full‐Charge Bookkeeper, you will manage the complete accounting function for multiple Community Associations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys variety in their work, and values accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements
Complete journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records
Provide customer service and support to assigned Community Associations
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
Collaborate with internal team members to support overall operations

Qualifications

Strong accounting background or relevant experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask while managing multiple associations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with bookkeeping/accounting software is a plus
