Assistant General Manager

We are looking for a passionate ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER who leads with empathy and dedication to serve others.

We believe that the great hospitality starts within. Our leaders are present on the floor, know the guests, understand the team, recognize problems quickly, and take ownership of the restaurant's performance.

What you'll do

Maintain a constant, hands-on presence on the floor during service to support staff, monitor service flow, and engage with guests.
Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations, maintaining strict quality standards.
Handle guest feedback and resolve elevated complaints with grace, empathy, and urgency.
Build shift schedules aligned with labor budgets and forecasted guest counts to ensure optimal service coverage.
Cultivate a supportive, respectful, and high-energy culture rooted in servant leadership.
Ensure daily cash handling, POS reconciliation, shift logs, and administrative reporting are completed accurately.

Experience with or strong knowledge of Korean or Japanese cuisine and flavor profiles is a plus.

What we'll offer
