Global L&D Programs Lead

The Skechers Learning and Development team is seeking a proactive Specialist to shape and deliver engaging learning programs across global teams. You will design content, manage end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with HR and business partners to align initiatives with Skechers' growth goals. You'll work with tools like Articulate Rise and Canva to create impactful materials, facilitate sessions across virtual and in-person formats, and help measure effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr skechers
