We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Job Title: IT Asset Management Contractor II. Location: Malvern, PA. (Hybrid). Duties:This role will focus on asset intake, tracking, reconciliation, and general asset management support, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and Excel-based analysis.Key Responsibilities:Support Anthology asset intake and ongoing asset management activities.Track, update, and maintain asset records with a high degree of accuracy.Perform software licensing reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution.Analyze and manage asset data using Excel (e.g., tracking, reporting, reconciliation).Provide general asset management and administrative support as needed.Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure assets are properly documented and aligned with project needs.Skills: Required Skills & Experience:Prior experience in asset management (IT, software, or related asset tracking preferred).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data analysis, reconciliation).High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
