We boldly go. Where Is The Work On-Site (5 days) What's In It For You Our growing HVAC business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as an Order Management Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service related issues and offer solutions to our Commercial Sales Offices. What You Will Do Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Commercial Sales Offices nationwide Process released customer orders in Kodiak and MDP Work with Engineering to ensure MDP spec file data is accurate Answer incoming tickets from Sales Offices regarding order changes, order expedites, product returns, and other general inquiries Research and resolve any customer issues Attend production meetings and represent customer voice Work cross-functionally with sales offices, product management, production, logistics, and shipping to meet customer requirements Proactively keep current on product knowledge and customer service standard work Use problem solving skills to improve processes What You Will Bring 3-5 years of experience in customer service, inside and/or outside sales, preferably in an industrial environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Minimum Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
