Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Setting: Telehealth / Remote

This West Virginia virtual therapist role is designed for licensed mental health professionals who want to provide accessible, high-quality counseling through telehealth. You will support clients remotely while maintaining a professional, structured, and clinically focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide remote therapy services to clients located in West Virginia
Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment goals
Support clients with mental health, emotional wellness, and life adjustment concerns
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Deliver services in accordance with ethical and confidentiality standards

Requirements

Must hold an active West Virginia license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Experience providing mental health counseling, therapy, psychology, or clinical social work services
Comfortable using telehealth platforms for client care
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote clinical role
