About the Role Teach English Language and English Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4, with Key Stage 5 opportunities available for suitable candidates Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire students and promote academic success Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all learners can flourish Assess, monitor and support student progress through effective feedback and intervention Work collaboratively within the English department to share best practice and raise standards Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and extracurricular opportunities About You Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS by September 2026 A degree in English or a related subject Passionate about inspiring young people through English Confident teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4 Strong classroom presence and effective behaviour management Committed to continuous professional development and contributing to school life Why Join This School?
