Production Operator 2d Shift

Production Operator – Summary/Objective The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role ensures that products are packaged according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory standards, and company procedures, while maintaining high levels of safety, quality, and efficiency. The position is in our Cleanroom and involves operating washing, packaging, vision inspection, steam sterilizer machines and other auxiliary equipment to support the washing, packaging, inspection, and sterilization processes, including SAP interactions in accordance with SOPs and work instructions, to produce rubber stoppers in accordance with productivity standards. This is a 2nd Shift position, Monday – Friday 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Essential Functions Works under the guidance of Supervisor or Crew Leader to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner. Ensures that equipment are maintained in good and safe working condition and the work area is clean, safe and organized. Monitors equipment performance and recommends improvements. Duly follows organizational and work‑specific instructions, attends applicable trainings and meetings. Fulfils tasks efficiently and in due course. Meets productivity standards (where defined). Can organize and perform work effectively. Abides by safety regulations at all times. Promotes safety standards in the workplace and in the team. Identifies potential safety risks and reports them actively to line manager. Demonstrates initiative to exceed common performance. Flexibly adopts changes in tasks, workplace, or team. One month of plant training – TQM, SPC, GMO, SOPs, in conjunction with... Six months of on‑the‑job training. Ability to speak, read, and write English in order to understand operating and other related procedures and to complete all position‑related documentation. Ability to perform basic arithmetic skills.
