Our agency in Lenexa, Kansas opened in 2023, and we’ve built a welcoming, pet-friendly environment where both customers and team members feel at home. I’ve been with State Farm for over five years and graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Finance.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kelsey Ballard - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
