Fund Administration Manager As a Fund Administration Manager, you’ll be at the center of evolving traditional fund processes into modern, insight-driven capabilities powered by automation and advanced analytics. This is an opportunity for a Fund Administration Manager who enjoys solving complex problems, building smarter workflows, and influencing how teams operate. What You’ll Own Reimagine workflows using automation, dashboards, and AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency and scalability Oversee third-party providers, ensuring accountability, performance consistency, and timely issue resolution Contribute to fund lifecycle activities, including launches and ongoing operational support Guide review of valuation outputs, addressing anomalies and ensuring quality control standards Develop meaningful insights through data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau What Sets a Strong Fund Administration Manager Apart A proactive mindset focused on innovation rather than maintenance Ability to translate data into clear actions and operational improvements Confidence influencing stakeholders and driving change across functions Passion for using technology to elevate investment operations Background & Experience Of Fund Administration Manager Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting 5+ years of experience supporting fund operations or administration within the investment/financial services industry Familiarity with registered investment products, including ETFs or mutual fundsExposure to process improvement, reporting tools, or automation initiatives Leadership experience Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
