Senior Performance Marketing Manager

To support a growing healthcare platform, the remote Senior Performance Marketing Manager will manage direct-response digital acquisition, optimize paid search and SEO performance, and establish processes and partnerships to drive appointment and call volume across the company's network of centers. Key responsibilities Oversee SEM performance and manage relationships with paid search agencies, focusing on profitable volume and budget efficiency Direct SEO strategy and execution, prioritizing initiatives that enhance organic visibility and lead generation Collaborate with Operations and Finance to align marketing strategies with center-level performance and revenue goals Required qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on CPA/ROAS-driven outcomes Proven experience managing SEM budgets and campaigns, including direct agency management Strong knowledge of Google Ads, conversion tracking, and performance diagnostics Experience partnering with CRO/development resources to enhance site conversion rates Familiarity with AI tools for marketing analysis, planning, and execution
