We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to serve as a key resource for our client's growing Salesforce ecosystem. This role will play a critical part in managing user access and security, building and optimizing declarative solutions, and supporting data quality, reporting, and release processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Control user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, and sharing rules
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and data privacy
• Create and maintain declarative solutions using Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
• Coordinate with team members to manage environments
• Manage deployment and release processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytical tools
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, process flows, and end-user onboarding

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
• Experience with Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, validation rules, and platform automation tools
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

• Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce or native AI tools
• Experience managing deployments and release cycles using tools
• Basic understanding of Apex, LWC, and SOQL to communicate and hand off complex work to developers
• Understanding of audit trails, user access controls, and compliance frameworks
