We're Hiring: Billing Coordinator – Legal Billing Expertise Needed! (FULLY REMOTE! But MUST live in California)
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in legal billing? We're looking for a Billing Coordinator to join our team and support our billing operations with precision and efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of legal billing experience within BigLaw
- MUST have prior experience with Aderant billing software
- Strong skills in Excel and the MS Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with complex billing: multi-payer, split billing, international billing, etc.
What You'll Do:
- Manage all aspects of client billing
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and billing arrangements
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and vendors to resolve billing issues
- Be the go-to resource for billing questions and support your team as needed
