Pre-Procedural Clinical Nurse

Role Overview Provides direct patient care in an outpatient setting, collaborating with providers and the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans aimed at delivering high-quality, cost-effective outcomes. The RN offers oversight and guidance to clinical staff, supports daily patient management, and assists providers with documentation and patient education. Develop and update care plans with PCPs and specialists to enhance healthcare outcomes. Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs using critical nursing skills. Ensure clinical protocols and assessment guidelines are followed for compliance and quality. Support documentation of patient assessments and treatments according to standards. Educate patients and families verbally and in writing, tailoring support to their needs. Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness. Qualifications Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing; RN licensure. 2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience not required. Certifications: BLS required.
