Warehouse Operations Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be part of the warehouse support team, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of materials and products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Rate: $18

Shift: Evenings (16:00-00:20)

What's the Job?

• Operate a variety of equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products within the facility.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and materials handled.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist in developing skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within the warehouse environment.
• Work under general to limited supervision, adhering to safety protocols and operational standards.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Zero (0) to one (1) year of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math calculations.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
