Business Analyst

Role Description

We are currently searching for a Business Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs.
• Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring the accurate and secure flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
• Create comprehensive and clear business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, and conduct testing to ensure the functionality and integration of SAP SuccessFactors meet business needs and quality standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and progress.
• Collaborate with change management teams to support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Identify and address project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to business processes and system functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 to 8 years of industry experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Talent systems.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration.
• Solid understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within the context of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Strong documentation skills, including the creation of requirement documents, process flows, and test plans.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration.
• 5 to 8 years of industry experience preferably in Talent.
• Solid understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within the context of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Strong documentation skills, including the creation of requirement documents, process flows, and test plans.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration among diverse project teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques.
