- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators, coordinating audits, investigations, and responses to findings
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support new products, markets, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compliance professionals, ensuring effective structure, workload distribution, and career development
- Drive process improvements and leverage technology (including tools like ArdentSky) to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory and legislative developments, providing updates and recommendations to senior leadership
- Oversee due diligence processes across vendors, employees, and key business activities
- Prepare and deliver compliance reporting to executive leadership and governance committees
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong preference for gaming industry experience
- Proven leadership experience, ideally at the Director level, managing and developing teams in complex environments
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, licensing processes, and compliance reporting requirements
- Experience working directly with regulatory agencies, including audits, hearings, or investigations
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with competing priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Experience with compliance systems or databases; familiarity with ArdentSky is a plus
- Background in other highly regulated industries may be considered
Keys to Success:
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide and support both junior and senior team members
- High level of professionalism and confidence when interacting with regulators and executive stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day execution and long-term compliance initiatives
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to build relationships across internal teams, regulators, and external partners
- Adaptability in a dynamic, evolving regulatory landscape
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement, process optimization, and team development
