Requirements Previous cooking experience in a restaurant, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, hotel, country club, or commercial kitchen preferred Culinary training or degree is a plus, but not required Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, portion control, and proper food handling practices Experience preparing meals for large groups is preferred Experience with therapeutic or special diets is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen Positive attitude with a passion for serving others Florida Applicants: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a Level 2 AHCA Clearinghouse background screening.
