We're seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our daytime healthcare team at the Walworth County Jail. This position may also be filled by a Registered Nurse (RN). Whether you're experienced in correctional healthcare or ready for an exciting new challenge, you'll find supportive leadership, a collaborative team, and meaningful work every day.

What You'll Do

As a member of our healthcare team, you will:

• Deliver compassionate, patient centered nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to ensure safe, quality patient care
• Promote continuity of care while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and policies

Qualifications

Required Active Wisconsin LPN or RN license Current CPR certification Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently while prioritizing patient needs
