As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care to our residents and patients, while advancing your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Job Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents and patients under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program Provide nursing services, including conducting and documenting thorough evaluations of each resident's medical status Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done What We Offer Competitive pay rate: $32 - $32 HOURLY Opportunities for advancement and professional growth 12-hour shifts with 4 days off Perfect Punch Program: $225 bi-weekly bonus 401k with a match Access to online learning 24/7 Health, dental, and vision insurance for the entire family and more!
