Job Title: Step Down Registered Nurse Location: Cleveland, OH Setting: Hospital Pay Range: 2568.16 - 2696.57 Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 (Rotating) Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements: MUST HAVE 12 months PERM experience in specialty applying for. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND. AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. Shift info: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30). ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized step-down nursing care to patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Float to units J1-2, J33, and ED to care for the same patient population as needed.
