Packaging Technician II

Shift: Day: 5:45 am to 4:30 pm MON-WED and 5:45 am TO 3:30 pm on THURSDAY Preferred Experience Twelve (12) months of manufacturing experience Equipment troubleshooting knowledge and skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Ability to operate a reach truck forklift Basic aptitude for math and computer skill Descriptio n :Adheres to Standard Operating Procedures to operate packaging equipment (Printers, Coders, Labelers, Vision systems, Tray assemblers, Heat tunnels, Dryers, Forklift, Storage units, etc. )Assists during set up of Packaging equipment (Printers, Coders, Labelers, Vision systems, Tray assemblers, Heat tunnels, etc. )Maintains all waste materials in the proper satellite storage bins .Assists in completing all documentation required to request all products, materials, components, and general supplies required for the day-to-day operations of the packaging department .Accurately performs reconciliations within the batch records of products, materials, and components used in packaging .Educatio n :High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years relevant experience; 3 years relevant experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
