Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced, tech-driven OFSAA ALM Consultant to operate on a fully remote basis out of India. In this functional role, you will be responsible for translating complex corporate banking constraints into precise systemic configurations inside the Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications ecosystem. You will own requirement lifecycle blueprints, implement ALM modules, handle extensive transactional data validation mappings, and collaborate with engineering layers to ensure comprehensive product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Dissection & Specifications: Gather, analyze, and formalize complex business requirements into high-quality Functional Specifications (FS), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and trace-ready test suites.
• Module Deployment & Configuration: Configure, test, and implement OFSAA Asset Liability Management (ALM) modules to scale reporting workflows smoothly.
• Risk Metrics Engineering: Calibrate analytical engines to capture Liquidity Risk Management configurations, Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) parameters, Gap Analysis modeling, and behavioral user curves.
• Data Governance & Mapping: Lead internal data sourcing schema strategies, record reconciliation routines, and multi-tier source validation audits within the enterprise data store layers.
• UAT & Deployment Delivery: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT cycles) with corporate stakeholders to achieve sign-offs and manage ongoing production support anomalies or enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional consulting experience working with the OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications) framework.
• Hands-on technical expertise deploying and fine-tuning the native OFSAA ALM engine module.
• Deep conceptual and mathematical understanding of interest rate risk frameworks ( IRRBB ), liquidity metrics, gap analysis rules, and behavioral cashflow modeling vectors.
• Strong capabilities running structural data sourcing operations, ledger mapping, and asset/liability reconciliation loops inside financial software layers.
• Familiarity navigating OFSAA systemic architecture layers and underlying data structures ( FSDF - Financial Services Data Foundation models highly preferred).
• Proven track record drafting clear functional specifications, execution matrices, and compliance testing workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management mechanics to interact comfortably in a distributed remote work posture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or an allied quantitative track.
