serve as the face of the agency for many families and referral partners.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Care LeadershipConduct in-home consultations and develop customized care plansServe as the primary point of contact for families, especially those with complex needs or high expectationsEnsure care plans are executed with excellence, particularly during the first weeks of serviceMonitor client satisfaction and proactively address concernsManage difficult family situations with empathy, professionalism, and strong communicationCollaborate closely with scheduling and HR teams to appropriately match caregivers with clientsConduct quality assurance visits in client homes throughout the service areaCaregiver Oversight & Team LeadershipBuild strong working relationships with caregivers while maintaining accountability and professionalismLead and support Care Coordinators and care teamsConduct regular caregiver check-ins and supervisory supportReinforce professionalism, communication standards, and white-glove service expectationsAssist with coaching, recognition, and caregiver development initiativesRepresentation & Community PresenceRepresent the organization professionally with clients, referral partners, and within the communityParticipate in community engagements, industry events, and professional networking opportunities as neededHelp reinforce office culture, services, home care, hospital case management, private client services, care navigation, or related healthcare settingsStrong client-facing communication and relationship management skillsHighly organized with exceptional follow-through and responsivenessAbility to manage multiple active client cases simultaneouslyStrong documentation and problem-solving abilitiesValid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)Preferred QualificationsRN, LVN, LCSW, MSW, or Care Management certification (CMC, CCM, etc.) preferredExperience working with high-net-worth or concierge-level
