Our 5 doctors provide all aspects of dentistry - even those that are routinely referred out by many general dentists - including implants, cosmetic, family, and oral conscious sedation. You're the scheduling coordinator we are looking for if ... you naturally project upbeat, positive energy and smile when communicating. You  are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, efficient, and timely. You genuinely care about the experience of people around you and their comfort level and you take that on as your personal responsibility. You more than likely would describe yourself as an extrovert. You appreciate your teammates and help to build trust and comprehension to our busy schedule. This is not a good fit for you if you prefer to be quiet, work behind the scenes, are drained by lots of social interactions, or generally don't prefer to be smiley and upbeat all day. 

The Scheduling Team is really called our "Patient Experience Team", because you ARE the first impression patients have of our office and you create the atmosphere and experience for them. This role is a multitasking position and not just a typical front desk job of answering phones. We make our patients feel welcome and safe from the moment they step foot through the door, giving office tours and gifts to all new patients and welcoming back our established patients. Our customer service sets our office apart, from the warmth and friendliness they hear over the phone, to their first visit with us. We are a task-oriented group of individuals that are here to serve our patients needs; from answering phone calls, checking voicemails, text messages, emails, etc. We use all our resources to keep our schedule full to support the office daily goals and track the productivity of our hygienists. We own the schedule and the experience of our patients.

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50 plus monthly incentive

Schedule: Four days a week(one set off day). Hours are 7-5 Mon-Thurs and 7-4 on Fridays. Off day determined at time of hiring, depending on which day is available.
