Go to Web Site Duties and Responsibilities Read plans and surveys Interview sales to gather scope of work Call customers to review scope of work Provide costing and or budget for prepared estimates Communicate with sub-contractors when applicable Request vendor quotes when applicable Create all estimates in QuickBooks within 7 business days Submit final estimate to supervisor and or sales for approval Prepare all revisions for jobs Master and familiarize gas station brand elements for various brands Master and familiarize all sign types Corel draw and or Google earth navigation's Answer incoming calls and familiarize most important clients Reports are to be completed on a daily and weekly basis Sold job audits Requirements Experience with costing, estimating, sales Excellent written and verbal communication skills Administrative and computer skills MS Excel is a must Working knowledge of QuickBooks + Self Motivator Strong sense of urgency Personable with excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
