West-Central Texas DVM Focus is partnering with a small animal general practice in West-Central Texas seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its team. Provide comprehensive medical care for small animal patients Perform routine diagnostic, preventive and therapeutic services Manage cases from initial evaluation through treatment and follow-up Perform routine surgical and dental procedures based on experience and comfort level Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding recommendations and treatment options Work collaboratively with the veterinary and support team Maintain accurate medical records and uphold professional standards of care What We’re Looking For

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, or equivalent Eligibility for veterinary licensure in Texas Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered medicine Ability to work effectively within a collaborative practice environment Compensation & Benefits
