Apartment Maintenance Technician / Assistant Maintenance (Non‑Certified)

$22–$23/hr DOE | Contract Role | Must have own tools

Join a busy apartment community where you’ll handle essential maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly. You’ll perform repairs, support unit turns, and help maintain safe, functional living spaces for residents.

• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Use personal tools to complete daily tasks

• Apartment or residential maintenance experience
• Ability to perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
• Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues
• Must provide own tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments

• Weekly pay
