Available Shifts: Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (7 days/week – two openings) Second Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday – one opening) Third Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday – one opening) Compensation & Perks: Earn up to $38/hour based on experience Monthly performance bonuses (up to $12,000 annually) Weekly pay + overtime opportunities Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Company-paid life insurance + disability coverage Uniforms and tool allowance provided Ongoing training and development What You'll Do: Perform inspections and repairs on trailers Diagnose issues and complete maintenance efficiently Use digital tools to manage work orders and documentation Maintain safety and compliance standards on every job What We're Looking For: At least 1 year of trailer maintenance experience Valid driver's license with clean driving record CDL is a plus, but not required Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Fleet Repair Solutions is a family-owned company that values its people.
