We are seeking an Order Entry Clerk to support a rapidly expanding medical device company dedicated to delivering solutions that positively impact patient care.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while collaborating with multiple internal teams to support fulfillment and billing operations. This position offers hands-on experience with business systems, customer support processes, and healthcare operations, along with the potential for long-term career growth.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and manage a shared customer service inbox to ensure timely responses and order processing.
• Review incoming customer orders and organize all related documentation.
• Assign order numbers and accurately enter order details into the ERP system.
• Validate order information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate order fulfillment activities through shipping systems.
• Prepare and package orders, including creating and applying shipping labels.
• Process customer usage forms and route documentation to appropriate teams.
• Assist with billing adjustments and order transfers as needed.
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve order, fulfillment, or billing issues.
• Maintain organized records and provide general administrative support related to order processing activities.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, administrative support, order processing, or light accounting.
• Experience processing customer orders and managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn new software systems and business processes quickly.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN 55447.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
