Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is creating a new Trauma Step-Down Unit and seeks a Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team and shape a high-acuity trauma care program. You will recruit, develop and supervise staff, establish clinical direction, budgets, and workflows, coordinating with Trauma ICU and other units to ensure seamless patient transitions and outstanding outcomes.
