Lathe Operator (Windsor)

We are seeking a skilled Lathe Operator to support the setup and operation of our machining equipment. This role is critical in ensuring that machined parts meet quality and design standards in a fast‑paced production environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate lathe machines to perform cutting, sanding, drilling, and finishing of parts and materials. Inspect finished products to verify conformity to specifications. Use precision measuring tools to assess part dimensions. Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality output. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Proficiency with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers). Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings. Prior experience with CNC or manual lathe machines preferred. Willingness to work days, afternoons, nights and weekends. Legally authorized to work in Canada.
