Spanish-Speaking Lead RBT – Aurora and Denver, Colorado
Hannah’s Gift ABA is looking for an experienced, bilingual Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in a Lead RBT role.
This position involves providing direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home and school settings while also helping support and guide other behavior technicians.
Compensation: Up to $36 per hour
Location: Aurora and Denver, CO
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Required Language: Fluent Spanish and English
What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Support and assist newer behavior technicians
- Help model proper implementation of treatment programs
- Communicate with BCBAs, families, and team members
- Promote consistency and quality across client services
- Work professionally in both home and school environments
Qualifications
- Current or previously active RBT certification
- Prior experience working as an RBT
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Experience supporting children with autism
- Comfortable working in homes and schools
- Dependable, professional, and a strong communicator
