G&E Partners are currently representing one of South Florida's leading multifamily General Contractors in their search for two Interior Assistant Superintendents to support the delivery of a luxury residential development in the Aventura area.

Working alongside an experienced Superintendent team, you'll take ownership of interior finishes from rough-ins through to turnover, ensuring quality, schedule and safety standards are maintained throughout the final stages of construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise interior subcontractors throughout the finishes phase.
• Monitor quality, schedule and workmanship to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage punch lists and turnover activities, ensuring units are delivered to the highest standard.
• Assist with short-term scheduling, site logistics and daily field coordination.
• Identify project risks and work closely with the Superintendent to maintain programme.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and inspectors.
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment across site.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience as an Assistant Superintendent on multifamily, mixed-use or high-rise projects.
• Strong understanding of interior finishes, punch, quality control and turnover.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Procore experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
