This is a very busy location which requires a highly competent and organized individual to succeed in this position. Opportunities for raise and advancement within for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warm and friendly attitude
- Manage waitlist using our system
- Oversee table times while quoting new parties for waitlist
- Escort guests to their tables while maintaining steady flow of seating
- Answer phone and provide information about the restaurant, hours and menu
- Ensure each guest has a memorable experience from the moment they walk in
Qualifications:
- Previous host experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Team player
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
