We are seeking a talented and experienced **Senior CNC Programmer **to join our dynamic team in New Kensington, PA. As a key player in our manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs that enhance our production efficiency and quality. If you have a passion for precision engineering and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! You will be working 4 days a week, 10 hours a day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Machinist who will maximize the capabilities of our CNC lathes through high-level programming and setup.
Utilize Esprit software to program our CNC lathes to meet our customers’ specifications.
Set up CNC lathes in a manner that enables the machine to produce precision parts consistently.
Keep CNC lathes running optimally.
Submit completed first article inspection report to QC Manager for approval.
Set up CNC lathes independently from a CNC program.
Instruct and train operators.
Act as a technical lead in the CNC department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
7+ years of experience or State Journeyman papers
Fanuc controls programming knowledge
Esprit 3D CAD programming knowledge
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and basic math skills.
