Job Title: Client Service & Relationship Manager Location: New York, NY 10286 Onsite Role (4 days a week) Responsibilities: 5-7 year experience Can handle client service in high stress environment Client facing and Relationship management Will be Single point of contact Serve as a primary client-facing point of contact, delivering clear, professional, and effective communication across a wide range of client interactions. Manage and respond to diverse client inquiries with confidence, accuracy, and a strong sense of urgency. Translate complex information into concise, client-friendly messaging tailored to the audience and situation. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsiveness, and a high standard of service. Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills when addressing questions, resolving concerns, and navigating escalations. Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities and ensuring a consistent client experience. Partner across teams to gather information, align responses, and deliver seamless support to clients.
