Psychiatrist - Director of Program

Hospital based Psychiatry Director - replacing retiring director and oversee and run program. Looking for an experienced Psychiatrist leader that understands how to further grow and implement new programs. 70% clinical and 30% admin. Can work inpatient or outpatient Psychiatry. Will earn a competitive salary + bonuses.


Compensation : $340000 - $380000

Job Function:

• Director with leadership skills to replace retiring chair 70% clinical/30% admin.
• In person role and looking for one with a vision to grow the program.
• Need to understand the regulations for Psychiatry and implement best practices.
• Director will oversee staff of psychiatrists for inpatient and outpatient.
• Hospital has inpatient, outpatient, C/A, C/L, and addiction medicine.

Job Requirements:

• Director must have at least 5+ years of experience.
• Must be residency trained in Psychiatry.
• Must be NY licensed.
