High School-College level-AP Chemistry Tutors Needed KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Upper Level Science, SAT/ACT Prep Teachers
- Comfortable teach high school APMath
- Proven ability to engage, motivate, and inspirestudents to learn
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Strong team player
- Prepares for each instructional session; Gathers andprepares materials as appropriate
- Greets students and initiates instruction to personallyengage each student
- Manages students, tasks and time to create a balancedand robust instructional session
- Evaluates and records the progress of each student ontheir program assignment
- Uses praise and encouragement to ensure students areengaged and inspired to learn
- Records and tracks tokens earned by students
- Manages the conclusion of each instructional sessionand manages the completion of learning log and transition activities;Supports procedures to ensure student safety and well-being
- Communicates specific student needs to Center staff
- Attends periodic staff meetings and completes ongoingtraining as needed
- Math: 6-12 years (Required)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Remote is ok (Online classes)
- Flexible schedule
- Based on demand
